Smoked Paprika 50g

Smoked paprika is made from peppers, that are smoked and dried over oak fires. This process gives the red powder a rich, smoky flavour. Traditionally used in making chorizo sausage and various paella recipes. Used in stews, with potatoes, in dry rubs for any meat and in egg dishes.
